Flowerama of Springfield is a professional local florist proudly serving Springfield, Missouri and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is ready to assist you! Our store is open to serve your floral and gift-giving needs with bouquets designed to your needs, taking care to deliver on your expectations.
We are open on Mother’s Day (always a Sunday) and maintain extended hours during Valentine’s Day week and Mother’s Day week. We are open with limited hours on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), and Labor Day. We are closed on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We do our best to accommodate same day deliveries during these busy times, however, we cannot guarantee last minute orders due to high volumes of orders. We strongly recommend that customers place orders at least four days prior to each major holiday.

Our standard delivery fee applies to the Springfield area, increasing as you get farther out of the city. For time requests, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee exact times. We ask that the customer provides a two hour window for delivery time to help us get your order out in a timely manner.
To provide the best possible service, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets our cancellation policy.
ReturnsTo provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order, flowers and vase, for a replacement or a refund within our 4 day guarantee. If the arrangement has been rearranged or tampered with, no return will be made.

Specialty GiftsSpecialty gift items purchased from the store that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with receipt) provided the items are returned in the condition they were purchased.
Please note that we can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us at 417-869-9890.

We strive to maintain the style, theme, and colors represented by the arrangements on our website and in-store, using flowers of equal value. We accept cash in-store and card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) in-store and online. We no longer accept checks.
